The Japanese Cheesewood is a hardy evergreen shrub known for its sweet-smelling flowers. Although native to Asia, it has become a popular choice in various climates for gardeners looking to add a fragrant element to their landscapes.

It is an evergreen shrub that can grow up to 33 feet tall by 10 feet broad and become treelike. It can also be trimmed into a hedge.
